SynthFlow Tech provides custom digital services including AI bots and agents, workflow automation, web and mobile application development, AI-powered tools, business solution decks, and related consulting. All services are delivered digitally. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.

Each engagement begins with an inquiry or quote request. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work before any work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer until a proposal is mutually agreed in writing.

Prices displayed on the website are indicative ranges intended to help you estimate the cost of a project. Your final price is determined by the agreed scope of work. Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Unless otherwise agreed, projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or at defined milestones. Payment terms will be stated in your proposal or invoice.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials, access, or approvals reasonably required for us to deliver the services. Delays in providing required inputs may affect the agreed timeline. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to any content, data, credentials, or third-party accounts you share with us.

Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party components, open-source libraries, or pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain subject to their respective licenses. We retain the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-client-specific components in future work.

You agree not to use our services or any deliverables for unlawful purposes, including fraud, spam, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, or any activity that violates applicable laws or the terms of third-party platforms. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement that we reasonably believe involves prohibited or high-risk activity.

Our deliverables may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, or services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing changes, or policy changes of any third-party provider. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms.

We deliver our services with professional care and skill. However, except as expressly stated in a signed proposal, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, rankings, or performance results, as these depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynthFlow Tech and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable proposal. Fees for work already performed up to the date of termination remain payable. Please also refer to our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
