Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by SynthFlow Tech, a sole proprietorship owned by Garry Wilson. Because we provide custom digital services, this policy is tailored to service-based work rather than physical products.
1. Digital Services Only — No Physical Shipping
SynthFlow Tech exclusively provides digital services and deliverables. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. Therefore, no shipping, returns of goods, or delivery of physical items apply to any purchase made with us.
2. Deposits
Many projects require an upfront deposit to reserve capacity and begin work. Deposits cover initial discovery, planning, and resource allocation. Once work has commenced, the deposit is generally non-refundable, as it represents time and effort already invested.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any amounts paid, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs (such as domain, hosting, or software licenses purchased on your behalf).
4. Cancellation After Work Has Started
If you cancel after work has begun, refunds are calculated based on the portion of work completed. You will be charged for the work performed and any committed third-party costs up to the cancellation date, and any remaining balance will be refunded. Completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable.
5. Pre-Built Bot Templates & Fixed-Price Digital Items
For pre-built bot templates or other fixed-price digital items that are delivered immediately or configured for you, refunds are available only if the item has not yet been delivered, configured, or customized. Once delivery or customization has begun, these items are non-refundable due to their digital nature.
6. Revisions & Satisfaction
We want you to be satisfied with your project. Each engagement includes an agreed number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. If a delivered service does not meet the agreed written specifications, we will work with you to correct it at no additional cost before any refund is considered. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction that falls outside the agreed scope or for change requests beyond the original specification.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, contact us at [email protected] or +1 (800) 466-8051 with your project name and details. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
8. Chargebacks
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may delay resolution.
